1. Some knacks to run a business...

 a. A seal isn't a sale until you collect.

  Remind  us to concern about the "bad debt", which I have never thought about..

" That means determmining whether customers are creditworthy and finding out in advance  how long they take to pay their bills. I also means getting into the habit of checking the quality of your loan portfolio regularly and making sure your average collection time is what it should be."

 b.get a habbit of looking at the P&L (balance sheet)  on a regular basis and keeping track of the most important ratio derived form current ratio.  in case of bankrupt!!

c.avoid shortcut!

d.Make money before spend it..

e.You have no friends in business, only associates!

f. gross margin>>sales.

g. life plan>>business plan!

 business is a way to create a better life for you and you love!!!
